Interior Design by Gregory Crowe and Jamie Bluhm

Photography by Nick Grier

Setting:  Two Bedroom Twelfth Floor Condominium in NW Portland’s Pearl District

Designer's Challenge:  Transform a builder-appointed, non-descript space and delineate awkward areas with style and function. Perform a sizeable renovation while remaining conservative toward budget on a tight timeline. Design around existing hardwoods, carpet, and cabinetry to address budget concerns.  Scope of project includes renovation of kitchen countertops and walls, select new appliances, fixtures, and lighting. Update electrical and lighting throughout all areas.  Client was starting fresh with a newly purchased property and no furniture, so furniture for 2 bedrooms, living, dining, and accessories for all spaces needed to be addressed. The cllient works from home and needs meeting space for clients as well as personal work space.
